The two co-owners are also the chefs. Head chef Mimi Khetpanya grew up in a small village in Thailand and started learning how to cook from a young age. At the age of 7 she began watching her mom prepare and sell food at local markets in nearby villages.

Sous chef Noah Pitsama also grew up in a small village and gained culinary passion as the designated cook at volleyball camps he participated in over summer vacations.

They decided to open the restaurant because they feel at home in the kitchen and love to see people enjoying their food, make sure to try this authentic mom & pop shop!
